National Childcare Scheme Draft Regulations Published

The Childcare Support Act 2018 (Payment of Financial Support) Regulations, which have not yet been signed by the Minister, are referred to in the NCS contract and the Explanatory Guide. These regulations are now being published in DRAFT form, and can be accessed at this link, so that childcare providers can be fully informed of the terms and conditions of the new Scheme before signing up
