PIP Announcement: TCAN notification
Pobal are aware that due to network maintenance work on Thursday evening, 15th October, an automated notification was issued to Service Providers in error, informing them that their Tax Clearance Access Number (TCAN) had expired.
The issue is now resolved, and the status of the TCAN is now correct.
If you wish to check the status of your TCAN, you can do so by clicking ‘Funding’ and then the ‘Payments Issued’ tabs on the Hive. In the instance that your TCAN has expired a red bar will display on the top of your ‘Payments Issued’ page, with a message stating that the TCAN has expired. If no red bar is displayed then there is no issue with your TCAN, and you can disregard the notification issued on Friday 16th, October 2020.
