Inclusive Living Network
The In Conversation Series is a free online support for families, which will run from April to May 2021. It has been developed by Positive Pathways and is a family-led initiative. The aims of the series are based upon feedback from families nationally, focusing on areas, knowledge, and skills they would like to develop in order to better support their loved ones live a life of meaning.
The series is being delivered in partnership with the Inclusive Living Network. The Inclusive Living Network (‘the Network’) is a unique network of individuals, families, and agencies who are passionate and committed to promoting, enabling and demonstrating self-determined and inclusive lives for people who are labelled as having a disability. www.http://inclusivelivingnetwork.ie/
