Minister Roderic O’Gorman and Minister Heather Humphreys have launched My Little Library Book Bag 2024, which will provide every child starting school with free books and inviting them to join their local library

Great news! Minister O’Gorman has announced the mainstreaming of the Little Library initiative.
This will mean the offer of books bags in the library for children leaving ECCE and starting primary school will become an annual initiative.
